I’m a Greek Cypriot designer and maker, currently studying Design at Goldsmiths University of London. I have a passion for materials, making processes and food. My love for food extends beyond recreational cooking as I see materials as ingredients and ingredients as materials. Through my design practise I aim to explore and understand how our food culture as well as our relationship towards material objects, impact the environment and humans. I’m committed to fusing the fields of science, design and the culinary arts, in order to discover how to use our resources in the most respectful and sustainable manner.
